So, who exactly is the omnipotent emperor? How is he the cause of all the bad things?
Many years ago, a person of extra-ordinary power took over leadership very forefully and violently, and became the so-called Omnipotent Emperor.
The result was wide-spread chaos throughout the land... but he doesn't care. I think he delights in the madness and anarchy of it all.
Very little is known about his past, but as leader of the world, he only cares for his own power, and not about what happenes to the citizens. That's why he needs to be taken down.
