So, this is quite a professional thief we're dealing with here! Yes, he is the worst. He shows up out of no where, takes whatever he wants and vanishes like smoke! That's why he's called "The Mirror," because his nab and grab is like smoke and mirrors!

Are the citizens aware of the Ownership Charm? When cast on an object, only the rightful owner of the object can touch it.

Of course we used the ownership charm! We've tried everything! People were paying wizards good money to come secure their items... but nothing changed--it was all still stolen! We got paranoid, and stopped trusting the wizards, or anyone else!

Don't you worry about the possessions. I just showed you that list to illustrate how notorious this Mirror is! He has us at wit's end--go out there and get him!

Right, anything you sya. It looks like we've got patrol work.

These client meetings can get heated sometimes.
