Jack, I find this really really concerning.
It has your name on it! That's unheard of in a quest letter! Someone's calling you out... Not only that, but it's from Stonewing. That's my hometown.
Maybe it's just because your clan is getting more famous? You might be a local hero of your hometown and not even know it! I don't want to be famous... the famous clans get pressured more and more into taking hard missions, like the blue and red envelope ones.
So, are you taking this mission? I feel like I have no choice. It might be a trap of some weird sort, but I'm too curious not to check it out.
